Do you need to know what other services exist in your local area, what support may be available for your child, or where to get financial help? Our information and advice service can help you with all these queries plus many others:
• By telephone
Our Information and Advice Helpline is open five days a week, from 9:30-4.45pm
• By e-mail info@threewingstrust.org
If you prefer, you can e-mail us at any time and a member of the team will get back to you as soon as possible.
• Face to face meetings
We can meet you at our premises or at a mutually convenient location, such as a local children's centre.
• Leaflets and Factsheets
We have factsheets about all our services which we can post or e-mail to you. Just give us a call or drop us an e-mail at info@threewingstrust.org.

Bi-monthly newsletters and regular e-bulletins
We produce six newsletters a year for our members, which are packed with useful information on our events and activities as well as those of other local and national organisations. There is an advice column, a parent's recommendation area as well as helpful snippets of practical and constructive information. We also cover national news that may affect local policies and/or benefits that could change your individual circumstances.
The latest copy of the newsletter can be downloaded from here.
If you've found a particular edition of our newsletter really useful, you can find it in our archive.
We send out regular email bulletins to members giving the latest information on up and coming events in our area and reminding you of important dates. There is also a message board for parents to share their experiences of services and activities, or with equipment for example.

Support for Professionals working with children with additional needs
Support for professionals is offered in the same way as we support our members through our helpline, e-mail enquiries and face-to-face meetings. In addition, we can attend team meetings, conferences etc. to talk about the services we provide and about how we can support professionals.
We already work closely with colleagues in the Disabled Children's Team and Portage Service in Richmond upon Thames as well as other agencies such as Sports and Fitness and the Arts Service. Continuing to develop these relationships and forge new ones in our neighbooring boroughs is a priority for us.
Professionals can receive an e-mail version of our newsletter to keep them up to date with Three Wings Trust's news and events and those of other organisations.
